and estimate of cost for the 2005 Sanitary Sewer Lining Program
WHEREAS,this Council has heretofore approved plans,specifications,forms of
contract and estimate of cost for the proposed 2005 Sanitary Sewer Lining Program (the
"Project"),as described in the resolution providing for a notice of hearing on proposed
plans and specifications,proposed f01111sof contract and estimate of cost (the "Contract
Documents")and the taking of bids for the Project;and
WHEREAS,hearing has been held on the Contract Documents;
NOW,THEREFORE,IT IS RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Waukee,Iowa,as follows:
Section 1.The Contract Documents referred to in the preamble hereof are
hereby finally approved,and the prior action of the Council approving them is hereby
finally confirmed contingent upon Attomey Steve Brick's review of the revised contract
to ensure that it reflects that each City is responsible only for payments for work
performed within the City's jurisdiction,and the Project,as provided for in the Contract
Documents,is necessary and desirable.
Section 2.All resolutions or parts of resolutions III conflict herewith are
hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
