RESOLUTION 05-137
APPROVING PROPOSAL FROM COIVIlVIERCIAL APPRAISER OF IOWA,INC.
IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $7,400 FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES FOR
UNIVERSITY AVENUE PROJECT NO.STP-U-8177(605)-70-25
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the proposal submitted by Commercial Appraiser ofIowa,Inc.is meant to
provide Value Finding Appraisals for three properties -Giles/Hakeman,Waukee School
District and Dave Conn;Compensation Estimates for five residential properties and
general consultation services;AND,
WHEREAS,the services proposed will not exceed the proposed cost of $7,400;AND,
WHEREAS,City staffrecommend hiring Commercial Appraiser of Iowa,Inc.for the
University Avenue Widening project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 1st day of August 2005 that it hereby approves and accepts the Proposal for
Appraisal Services for University Avenue Project No.STP-U-8177(605)-70-25 from
Commercial Appraiser of Iowa,Inc.in the amount not to exceed $7,400.
