RESOLUTION 05-141
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
WINDFIELD II PLAT 3
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas COlUIty,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final Plat for
Wind field ITPlat 3 on August 1,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,the developer has provided performance bonds for all items not completed at the
time of final plat;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Windfield II Plat 3 is in general conformance with section §303 -
Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,Iowa
that the Final Plat for Windfield II Plat 3 be approved.
Passed by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 1st day of August
2005.
