RESOLUTION 06-156
APPROVAL OF AMENDING THE ADDRESS OF 1260 Y,WARRIOR LANE TO
1000 WARRIOR LANE.
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State oflowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the existing address of 1260 Y,Warrior Lane causes confusion for the
United States Post Office and delivery vehicles to the property;AND,
WHEREAS,the City believes the confusion can be eliminated by changing the local
address for 1260 Y,Warrior Lane and the owner of the property has consented to such
amendment of the address;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,
Iowa in session this 7'h day of August 2006,that the local address of 1260 Y,Warrior
Lane be amended to 1000 Warrior Lane.A copy of this resolution shall be filed of record
with the Recorders Office of Dallas County,Iowa.
