RESOLUTION 06-159 I
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
LEGACY POINTE AT WAUKEE PLAT 5
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans for Legacy Pointe at Waukee Plat 5 have been submitted
to the City for review and approval;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction plans have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City
staff who find them to be in general COnf01TIlanCewith the Design Standards set forth by
the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Construction Plans for Legacy Pointe Waukee Plat 5 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the ill day of
August 2006.I
