RESOLUTION 06-167
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
DAYBREAK
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the
Preliminary Plat for Daybreak on August 8,2006;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Daybreak is in general conformance with section
§303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this the 21 st day of August 2006 that the Preliminary Plat for Daybreak be
approved provided the temporary construction easement accessing County Road R-22 is
eliminated,that Daybreak is required to develop with septic systems and my sanitary
sewer unless and until municipal sanitary sewer lines are available,subject to final
determination of sewage flow requirements for the site.
