RESOLUTION 06-166
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
ALICE'S ROAD -REGENCY/GILCREST JEWETT IMPROVEMENTS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans for Alice's Road -Regency/Gilcrest Jewett Improvements have
been submitted to the City for review and approval;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction plans for improvement include the extension of tum
lanes/widening oflanes at the entrances to Gilcrest Jewett and the private driveway running
through the Williams Pointe Plat 9 development;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction plans have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City staff who
find them to be in general conformance with the Design Standards set forth by the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
that the Construction Plans for Alice's Road -Regency/Gilcrest Jewett Improvements be
approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the 21 st day of August
2006.
