Finally approving plans,specifications,f01111Sof contract and estimate of
cost for the 2006 biosolids removal project
WHEREAS,this Conncil has heretofore held a public hearing on detailed plans,
specifications,forms of contract and estimate of cost (the "Contract Documents")for the
proposed 2006 biosolids removal project (the "Project");
NOW,THEREFORE,IT IS RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Waukee,Iowa,as follows:
Section 1.The Contract Documents referred to in the preamble hereof are
hereby finally approved,and the prior action of the Council approving them is hereby
finally confirmed contingent upon the City Attorney's review of the revised contract to
ensure that it reflects that each City is responsible only for payments for work performed
within the City's jurisdiction,and the Project,as provided for in the Contract Documents,
is necessary and desirable.
Section 2.All resolutions or parts of resolutions ill conflict herewith are
hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
