RESOLUTION 06-183
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR IMAGE SPORT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Image Sport on August 29,2006;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Image sport is in general conformance with §304 -Site
Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,.
WHEREAS,in connection with the development ofImage Sport,the owner has
granted a Public Utility Easement to the City of Waukee;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Image Sport be approved on this 11th day of September 2006.
