RESOLUTION 06-184
APPROVAL OF THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT BETWEEN
STERLING CODIFIERS,INC.,AND THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa,is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,upon the recommendation of the City Attomey,the City's code of
ordinances in full force and effect,also known as Waukee Municipal Code,shall be
organized,classified,analyzed,edited and proofread;AND,
WHEREAS,after soliciting and receiving service quotes from two codification
companies,City staff recommend contracting with Sterling Codifiers,Inc.of Coeur
D'Alene,ill;AND,
WHEREAS,the Professional Service Contract provided by Sterling Codifiers,Inc.has
been reviewed by the City Attorney and found to be acceptable.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this the 11th day of September 2006 that the Professional Services Contract
between Sterling Codifiers,Inc.,and the City of Waukee,Iowa be approved.
