RESOLUTION 06-181
APPROVAL OF AMENDING THE ADDRESS OF LEGACY POINTE AT
WAUKEE PLAT 4,LOT 3 FROM 1650/1660 SE HOLIDAY CREST CIRCLE TO
1660/1670 SE HOLIDAY CREST CIRCLE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the address of 1650 SE Holiday Crest Circle has previously been given as a
secondary address for Lot 19 of Legacy Pointe at Waukee Plat 1;AND,
WHEREAS,the City believes the address confusion can be eliminated by changing the
local address for Lot 3 of Legacy Pointe at Waukee Plat 4 on the Plat;and Ewing Land
Development Services;LLC,the owner has consented to such amendment of the Plat;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa in session this 11th day of September 2006,that the Plat of Legacy Pointe of
Waukee Plat 4 be amended by changing the local address of Lot 3 shown on said Plat
from 1650/1660 SE Holiday Crest Circle to 1660/1670 SE Holiday Crest Circle.A copy
ofthis resolution shall be filed of record with the Recorders Office of Dallas County,
Iowa.
