RESOLUTION 06-179
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
AND FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT WORK TO CEDAR VALLEY
CORP.FOR STP-U-8177(604)-70-25 UNIVERSITY AVENUE WIDENING
PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Cedar Valley Corp.has completed the improvements for STP-U-
8177(604)-70-25 University Avenne Widening Project;AND,
WHEREAS,Mark Lee of Lee Engineers has reviewed the improvements on STP-U-
8177(604}-70-25 University Avenue Widening Project and has confirmed that said
improvements constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the
Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 11'h day of September 2006 that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion and Final Acceptance of Agreement Work for STP-U-8177(604)-70-25
University Avenue Widening Project.
