RESOLUTION 06-178
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR WILLIAMS POINTE PLAT 10
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,McAninch,Inc.has completed the improvements for Williams Pointe Plat
10 for Williams Pointe Development II,L.C.;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineering Technician Tony Hanson reviewed the improvements on
Williams Pointe Plat 10 and has confirmed that said improvements constructed as a part
of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee;AND,
WHEREAS,Williams Pointe Development II,L.c.has posted a bond,which has been
reviewed and accepted by the City of Waukee,for any and all incomplete improvements
for Williams Pointe Plat 10,including bike trail improvements.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 11th day of September 2006 that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for Williams Pointe Plat 10.
