RESOLUTION 06-195
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
WILLIAMS POINTE PLAT 13
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Erin Ollendike with Civil Design Advantage has submitted the construction
plans for Williams Pointe Plat 13;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction plans have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City
staff,who find them to be in general conformance with the Design Standards set forth by
the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Construction Plans for Williams Pointe Plat 13 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the 2nd day of
October 2006.
