RESOLUTION 06-194
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
VVILL~SPOINTEPLAT13
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
VVHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
VVHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the
Preliminary Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 13 on September 26,2006;AND,
VVHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 13 is in general conformance
with section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOVV THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this the 2nd day of October 2006 that the Preliminary Plat for Williams Pointe
Plat 13 is approved.
