RESOLUTION 06-07
APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR LEGACY POINTE AT
WAUKEE PLAT 4
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF TIlE CITY OF WAUKEE,iOWA
WHEREAS,Ewing Development has completed the improvements on the property
known as Legacy Pointe at Waukee Plat 4;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineering Technician Brad Freeman reviewed the improvements in
Legacy Pointe at Waukee Plat 4 on December 29,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,Mr.Freeman confirmed that said improvements constructed as part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 9th day of January 2006 that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion
for Legacy Pointe at Waukee Plat 4.
