APPROVING WIND FIELD II TOWNHOME ASSOCIATION'S REQUEST TO
CHANGE THE PRIVATE STREE NAME WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT TO SE
MEADOWLARK COURT
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the Windfield Townhome Association approached the City of Waukee to change
the name of the street within the development because of problems with deliveries and concerns
with emergency response;AND,
WHEREAS,the existing street runs both north/south and east/west within the townhome lot and
the N/S portion is named Windfield Parkway and the E/W portion is named Melrose Drive,
AND,
WHEREAS,the Townhome Association has requested the name be changed from two street
names to one name being SE Meadowlark Court.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council approves the
Windfield II Townhome Association's request to have the street name changed within the
development to SE Meadowlark Court.]
Passed by the City Council-of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 23 rd day of January
2006.
