RESOLUTION 06-20 I
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENTS TO THE WASTEWATER
RECLAMATION AUTHORITY AND THE WASTEWATER RECLAMATION
TECHNICAL COMMITTEE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,annually the City of Waukee must appoint or reappoint representatives to the
Wastewater Reclamation Authority and the Wastewater Reclamation Authority Technical
Committee;AND,
WHEREAS,the City ofWaulcee has one primary representative and one alternate representative
on both the WRA and on the WRA Technical Committee;AND,
WHEREAS,Mayor William Peard has for the calendar year 2006 appointed himself,to be the
primary representative to the WRA and has appointed Councilmember Jeff Mertz to be the
alternate representative to the WRA;AND,
WHEREAS,Mayor William Peard has for the calendar year 2006 appointed Director of Public
Works J olm Gibson to be the primary representative to the WRA Technical Committee and has
appointed Assistant Director of Public Works Tim Royer to be the alternate representative to the
WRA Technical Committee.1
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session thise"day of February 2006 that it hereby approves the Mayor's appointments 0 the WRA and to
the WRA Technical Committee.
