RESOLUTION 06-29
APPROVING THE SiTE PLAN FOR LUND MOTORS ADDITION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site Plan for
Lund Motors Addition on February 14,2006;AND,
WHEREAS,the sidewalk abutting 4th St.will be paid for by Mr.Lund at the time of the
anticipated 4th St.improvements;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Lund Motors is in general conformance with §304 -Site Plan
Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
