RESOLUTION 06-30 1
APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR R-22 WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Titan Utility Partners,Inc.has completed the improvements on the R-22
Water Main for the City of Waukee;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineering Technician Brad Freeman reviewed the improvements on
the R-22 Water Main Improvements on February 21,2006;AND,
WHEREAS,Mr.Freeman confirmed that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 27th day of February 2006 that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for the R-22 Water Main Improvements.
