RESOLUTION 06-42
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
PAINTED WOODS PLATS 2 AND 3
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Greg Pierce with Nilles Associates,Inc.has submitted the construction
plans for Painted Woods Plats 2 and 3;AND,
WHEREAS,The construction plans have been reviewed by the City Engineer and the
City Staff who find them to be in general conformance with the Design Standards set
forth by the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Construction Plans for Painted Woods Plats 2 and 3 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the 20th day of
March 2006.
