RESOLUTION 06-48
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
WILLIAMS POINTE PLAT 12
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Erin Ollendike with Civil Design Advantage has submitted the construction
plans for Williams Pointe Plat 12;AND,
WHEREAS,The construction plans have been reviewed by the City Engineer and the
City Staff who find them to be in general conformance with the Design Standards set
forth by the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Construction Plans for Williams Pointe Plat 12 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the 3m day of
April 2006.
