RESOLUTION 06-59
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR IMMANUEL LUTHERAN CHURCH
PARKING LOT AND DRIVEWAY
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Immanuel Lutheran Church Parking Lot and Driveway is
in general conformance with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa in session this lOthday of April 2006,that the Site Plan for Immanuel Lutheran
Church Parking Lot and Driveway be approved.
