APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
WILLIAMS POINTE PLAT 9
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final Plat for
Williams Pointe Plat 9 on April 5,2006;AND,
WHEREAS,the developer has provided performance bonds for all items not completed at the
time of final plat;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 9 is in general conformance with section
§303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
that the Final Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 9 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the I th day of April
2006.
