RESOLUTION 06-69
AFPROV AL OF AN EGRESS EASEMENT(S)WITH IMMANUEL LUTHERAN
CHURCH
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,a site plan for the Inunanuel Lutheran Church Parking Lot and Driveway
was approved by the City Council on April I 0,2006;AND,
WHEREAS,in order to proceed with the project,an egress easement(s)must be
executed between the City and Inunanuel Lutheran Church.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this the 17th day of April 2006 that the Egress Easement(s)with Inunanuel
Lutheran Church be approved.
