RESOLUTION 06-68
APPROVAL OF THE SITE PLAN FOR LEGACY POINTE ASSISTED LIVING
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Legacy Pointe Assisted Living,on April II,2006;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Legacy Pointe Assisted Living is in general conformance
with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code,as well as the Legacy
Pointe Planned Development;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa in session this 17'11day of April 2006 that the Site Plan for Legacy Pointe Assisted
Living be approved,
