RESOLUTION 06-67
APPROVAL OF THE SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR LIBERTY PARK MALL
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan Amendment for Liberty Park Mall on April 11,2006;AND,
WHEREAS,the site plan amendments include architectural improvements to the front
and sides of the existing building,as well as new parking lot lighting,concrete
improvements,trash enclosures,additional landscaping and monument signage;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan Amendment for Liberty Park Mall is in general conformance
with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code,as well as the Arterial
Corridor Overlay District;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa in session this 17'h day of April 2006 that the Site Plan Amendment for Liberty Park
Mall be approved,provided City staff work with the developer to resolve any and all
outstanding exterior lighting issues in accordance with §304.5(N)-Site Plan Ordinance,
Lighting Standards.
