THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
APPROVAL OF THE PLAT OF SURVEY FOR SUNRISE MEADOWS PLAT 1,
LOTS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,a two-family residential dwelling has been legally constructed on the
property at Sunrise Meadows Plat 1,Lot 8;AND,
WHEREAS,the property owner of said property wishes to divide the lot into two lots for
individual ownership,with division along the conunon wall of the structure;AND,
WHEREAS,the Plat of Survey for Sunrise Meadows Plat I,Lot 8 is in general
conformance with §30 1.12 "R-2"One and Two Family Residential District and §303 -
Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa in session this 17th day of April 2006,that the Plat of Survey for Sunrise Meadows
Plat 1,Lot 8 be approved.
