APPROVAL OF A PURCHASE AGREEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $26,100.00
FOR THE UNIVERSITY AVENUE WIDENING PROJECT,NO.STP-U-8177(605)-
70-25,FOR PROPERTY OWNED BY WAUKEE COMMUNITY SCHOOL
DISTRICT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kimm has determined that certain property must be obtained for
the purpose of right-of-way by the City of Waukee for the construction of the University
Avenue Widening Project,No.STP-U-8177(605)-70-25;AND,
WHEREAS,said property is currently owned by the Waukee Community School District
(the "Seller"),and is legally described as follows:

IOWA
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 17'h day of April 2006 that it hereby approves the Purchase Agreement in the amount of
$26,100.00 for property owned by Waukee Community School District.
