THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
APPROVAL OF A TEMPORARY EASEMENT PURCHASE AGREEMENT IN THE
AMOUNT OF $3,269.00 FOR THE PURPOSE OF ROADWAY,BIKE TRAIL AND
UTILITY CONSTRUCTION FOR THE UNIVERSITY AVENUE WIDENING
PROJECT,NO.STP-U-8177(605)-70-25,FOR PROPERTY OWNED BY RICHARD
W.AND MARY G.SCHWARTZ
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kinnn has determined that a temporary easement for the purpose
of roadway,bike trail and utility construction must be obtained by the City of Waukee for
the construction of the University Avenue Widening Project,No.STP-U-8177(605)-70-25;
AND,
WHEREAS,said temporary easement shall be located on property owned by Richard W.
and Mary G.Schwartz,and legally described as S Y,of SW y"of Section 35,779N,R26W,
County of Dallas,State ofIowa.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 17th day of April 2006 that it hereby approves the Temporary Easement Purchase
Agreement on the property owned by Richard W.and Mary G.Schwartz in the amount of
$3,269.00.
