RESOLUTION 06-80
APPROVAL OF A TEMPORARY EASEMENT PURCHASE AGREEMENT IN THE
AMOUNT OF $433.00 FOR THE PURPOSE OF ROADWAY,BIKE TRAIL AND
UTILITY CONSTRUCTION FOR THE UNIVERSITY AVENUE WIDENING
PROJECT,NO.STP-U-8177(605)-70-25,FOR PROPERTY OWNED BY DANIEL
OTUNDO AND JACQUELINE ORWENYO
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kimm has determined that a temporary easement for the purpose
of roadway,bike trail and utility construction must be obtained by the City of Waukee for
the construction of the University Avenue Widening Project,No.STP-U-8177(605)-70-25;
AND,
WHEREAS,said temporary easement shall be located on property owned by Daniel
Otundo and Jacqueline Orwenyo,and legally described as Lot 16 in Williams Pointe Plat 1,
an Official Plat located in the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 17th day of April 2006 that it hereby approves the Temporary Easement Purchase
Agreement on the property owned by Daniel Otundo and Jacqueline Orwenyo in the amount
of$433.00.
