RESOLUTION 06-61
APPROVAL OF ADOPTING OF PLANS,SPECIFICATIONS,FORMS OF
CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE 2006 WATER MAIN
PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,plans,specifications,form of contract and estimate of cost were filed with
the City Clerk for the construction of the 2006 Water Main Project;AND,
WHEREAS,notice of public hearing on plans,specifications,form of contract and
estimate of cost for said public improvements was published as required by law.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this the 17'h day of April 2006 that said plans,specifications,form of contract
and estimate of cost for the 2006 Water Main Project as described in the preamble of this
resolution are hereby approved.
