RESOLUTION 06-66
APPROVAL OF THE FIRM RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND
ADMINISTRATION OF THE CITY WEBSITE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee website has become an integral communication and
public relations tool;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council understands that the website is a valuable governmental
resource and reference that must be kept up-to-date and user-friendly;AND,
WHEREAS,at the request ofthe City,proposals were submitted by many qualified
firms interested in website hosting and maintenance;AND,
WHEREAS,upon review of the submitted proposals,City staff recommend that the City
contract with Trilix Marketing to administer and maintain the website.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this the l7'h day of April 2006 that Trilix Marketing be approved to administer
and maintain the City website.
