RESOLUTION 06-81
APPROVAL OF THE RECRUITMENT PROFILE CRITERIA FOR THE CITY
ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK SEARCH
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has been operating with an interim city administrator/clerk
since January 1,2006;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council has hired The PAR Group as a consultant for the purpose
of providing services for the review and appointment of tbe replacement City Administrator;
AND,
WHEREAS,The PAR Group has proposed a Recruitment Profile for potential candidates which
outlines qualification criteria such as education,experience and attitude;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council members have reviewed the Recruitment Profile and have made
suggestions that shall be incorporated into the document.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
19th day of April 2006 that it hereby approves the Recruitment Profile criteria for the City
Administrator/Clerk search.
