RESOLUTION 06-88
APPROVAL OF THE SITE PLAN FOR COMMUNITY STATE BANK
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Community State Bauk on April 25,2006;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Community State Bauk is in general conformance with
§304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code,as well as the Arterial
Corridor Overlay District.
WHEREAS,in connection with the development of Community State Bank,the owner
has granted a Declaration of Reciprocal Easement Agreement to the City of Waukee;and
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee desires to formally accept such easement and to have
the easement filed of record.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,
Iowa in session this 1"day of May 2006 that the Site Plan for Community State Bank be
approved provided a signed Petition and Waiver for University Avenue improvements is
received by the City,and that the Declaration of Reciprocal Easement Agreement is
hereby approved and accepted by the City of Waukee,and the City Clerk is hereby
