RESOLUTION 06-85
APPROVAL OF THE SITE PLAN FOR GLYNN VILLAGE CLUBHOUSE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Conuuission approved the Site
Plan for Glynn Village Clubhouse on April II,2006;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Glynn Village Clubhouse is in general conformance with
the site plan provisions of the Glynn Village Planned Development Narrative;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa in session this 15t day of May 2006 that the Site Plan for Glynn Village Clubhouse
be approved.
