RESOLUTION 06-86
APPROVAL OF THE SITE PLAN FOR GLYNN VILLAGE TOWNHOMES
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Glynn Village Townhomes on April 11,2006;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Glynn Village Townhomes is in general conformance with
the site plan provisions of the Glynn Village Planned Development Narrative;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa in session this lSI day of May 2006 that the Site Plan for Glynn Village Townhomes
be approved,subj ect to final review of the egress window wells along the southern
elevation of the units on the north side of SE Booth Avenue.
