AFPROV AL OF THE SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR WILLIAMS POINTE
CONDOMINIUMS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Conunission approved the Site
Plan Amendment for Williams Pointe Condominiums on April 25,2006;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan Amendment for Williams Pointe Condominiums is in general
conformance with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code,as well as
the Williams Pointe Condominiums Planned Development Narrative;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa in session this I"day of May 2006 that the Site Plan Amendment for Williams
Pointe Condominiums be approved,provided the uplights for the fireplaces are fully
shielded.
