RESOLUTION 06-104 I
APPROVAL OF THE PROPOSAL FROM HR-ONESOURCE FOR THE
FACILITATION OF CITY COUNCIL TEAMWORK SESSION ON MAY 31,2006
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORJTY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council and certain City staff members participated in a
Strategic Planning Session on April 19,2006,facilitated by MI.Kevin Pokorny of HR-
OneSource;AND,
WHEREAS,at the Strategic Planning Session,it was decided that another session should
be scheduled between the City Council and Mr.Pokorny in order to identify key
objectives to improve City Council effectiveness and how to implement those objectives.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa in session this 15th day of May 2006 that the proposal be approved from HR-
OneSource for the facilitation of a City Council tearnwo session,provided a date is
agreed upon to allow for all council members and the or to attend.
