RESOLUTION 06-96
APPROVAL OF AMENDING THE ADDRESS OF WIND FIELD II PLAT 5,LOT
59 FROM 795 SE DEERFIELD LN.TO 801 SE DEERFIELD LN.
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the house on Lot 60 of Wind field II Plat 5 was constructed on the wrong lot
and is currently occupied,while Lot 59 of Wind field II Plat 5 is still vacant;AND,
WHEREAS,the City believes the lot discrepancy can be eliminated by changing the
local address for Lots 59 and 60 of Wind field II Plat 5 on the Plat;and Windfield
Development II LC,the owner and developer of Lot 59,and Travis M.Kahrig,the owner
of Lot 60 have consented to such amendment of the Plat;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa in session this 15th day of May 2006,that the Plat of Wind field II Plat 5 be amended
by changing the local address of Lot 59 shown on said Plat from 795 SE Deerfield Lane
to 801 SE Deerfield Lane.A copy of this resolution shall be filed of record with the
Recorders Office of Dallas County,Iowa.
