RESOLUTION 06-118
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR DAIRY QUEEN GRILL AND CHILL
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Dairy Queen Grill and Chill on May 23,2006;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Dairy Queen Grill and Chill is in general conformance
with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code,including the Arterial
Corridor Overlay District;AND,
WHEREAS,in connection with the development of Dairy Queen Grill and Chill,the
owner has granted a Public Sanitary Sewer Easement and Public Gas Main Easement to
the City of Waukee;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee desires to formally accept such easements and to have
the easements filed of record.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Dairy Queen Grill and Chill be approved on this Sill day of
June 2006 and that the Public Sanitary Sewer Easement and Public Gas Main Easement
are hereby approved and accepted by the City of Waukee,and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized to file such easements with the Dallas County,Iowa recorder.
