RESOLUTION 06-110
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR SUGAR CREEK TRUNK SEWER AND PUMP STATION
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Synergy Contracting,LLC has completed the improvements for Sugar
Creek Trunk Sewer and Pump Station for the City of Waukee;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.have reviewed the improvements on
Sugar Creek Trunk Sewer and Pump Station;AND,
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kimm confirmed that said improvements constructed as a part
of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 5th day of June 2006 that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion for
Sugar Creek Trunk Sewer and Pump Station.
