RESOLUTION 06-109 ]
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR GLYNN VILLAGE PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,McAninch,Inc.has completed the improvements for Glynn Village Plat 1
for Hubbell Realty Company;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineering Technician Tony Hanson reviewed the improvements on
Glynn Village Plat 1 on May 19,2006;AND,
WHEREAS,Mr.Hanson confirmed that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee;AND,
WHEREAS,Hubbell Realty Company has posted a bond,which has been reviewed and
accepted by the City of Waukee,for any and all incomplete improvements for Glynn
Village Plat 1.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 5th day of June 2006 that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion for
Glynn Village Plat 1.
