RESOLUTION 06-114
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR LUND MOTORS
ADDITION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Council approved a site plan for Lund Motors
Addition on February 27,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan Amendment for Lund Motors Addition on May 23,2006;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan Amendment for Lund Motors is in general conformance
with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan Amendment for Lund Motors Addition be approved on this 5th
day of June 2006.
