THE CITY OF WAUKEE,lOW A
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR STIVERS FORD USED CAR FACILITY
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Stivers Ford Used Car Facility on May 23,2006;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Stivers Ford Used Car Facility is in general conformance
with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Stivers Ford Used Car Facility be approved on this 5th day of
June 2006.
