RESOLUTION 06-117
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR SUMMIT FLEX BUILDING -WESTGATE
BUSINESS PARK
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site Plan for
Summit Flex Building -Westgate Business Park on May 23,2006;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Summit Flex Building -Westgate Business Park is in general
conformance with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance ofthe Waukee Municipal Code,and with the
standards as set forth in the Westgate Business Park PD-l zoning district and narrative;
WHEREAS,in connection with the development of Summit Flex Building,the owner has
granted a Declaration of Reciprocal Easement Agreement and Public Storm Sewer Easement to
the City of Waukee;and
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee desires to formally accept such easements and to have the
easements filed of record.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
that the Site Plan for Summit Flex Building -Westgate Business Park be approved on this 5th
day of June 2006 and that the Declaration of Reciprocal Easement Agreement and Public Storm
Sewer Easement are hereby approved and accepted by the City of Waukee,and the City Clerk is
hereby authorized to file such easements with the Dallas County,Iowa recor er.
