ADOPTING OF PLANS,SPECIFICATIONS,FORM OF CONTRACT AND
ESTIMATE OF COSTS FOR PROJECT NO.STP-U-8177(605)-70-25 ON
UNIVERSITY A VENUEIW ACO PLACE TO WEST OF ALICE'S ROAD PCC
PAVEMENT RECONSTRUCTION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,plans,specifications,form of contract and estimate of cost were filed with
the City Clerk for the construction of Project No.STP-U-8l77(605)-70-25 University
Avenue PCC Pavement-Replace Waco PI.to west of Alice's Rd.;AND,
WHEREAS,notice of public hearing on plans,specifications,form of contract and
estimate of cost for said public improvements was published as required by law.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this the 5th day of June 2006 that the said plans,specifications,form of contract
and estimate of cost for Project No.STP-U-8177(605)-70-25 University Avenue PCC
Pavement -Replace Waco PI.to west of Alice's Rd.as described in the preamble of this
resolution are hereby approved.
