RESOLUTION 06-11'11+
APPROVING FY07 NON-REPRESENTED
CITY EMPLOYEE WAGES
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the Committee on Wage Review for all non-represented employees presented its
findings at a workshop meeting on September 1,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,the Council established the FY04,FY05 and FY06 closure schedule developed at 95%
of the midpoints;AND,
WHEREAS,at the September 21,2005 council workshop,it was discussed to bring the non-
represented employees to the 100%midpoint and add in the cost of living for each of the years,to
keep the salary range scales current;AND,
WHEREAS,the resulting wages for each non-represented City employee for FY07 are listed here:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 5th
day of June 2006 that it hereby approves the wage recommendation for the non-represented
employees excluding the City Administrator,whose wage will be approved when the City
Administrator position is filled.
