RESOLUTION 06-115
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR WAUKEE COMMUNITY SCHOOLS
ADMINISTRATION BUILDING ADDITION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site Plan for
Waukee Community Schools Administration Building Addition on May 23,2006;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Waukee Community Schools Administration Building Addition is
in general conformance with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,as a part of the development the owner has submitted a certified check in the
amount of $44,869.00 associated with future costs attributable to the property for improvements
to University Avenue,including three and one half feet of street with curb and gutter,storm
sewer,water main and sidewalk.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
that the Site Plan for Waukee Community Schools Administration Building Addition be
approved on this 5th day of June 2006,provided shrubbery is added to shield the ground-mounted
accent lighting as dictated by ordinance.~,~b(WillfZ:F.Peard,Mayor
