RESOLUTION 06-113
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR

IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final
Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 10 on May 23,2006;AND,
WHEREAS,the developer has bonded with the City for bike trail improvements;
AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Williams Pointe Plat lOis in general conformance with
§303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance ofthe Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Final Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 10 be approved,provided the bike trail
improvements are completed within three years of the date of approval,or the City of
Waukee shall cash the bond and complete the improvements.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 5th ayof
